Obility receives a request from you or your physician for a specific product.

We access software integrated into our systems to determine your coverage, request prior authorizations and pre-determinations. If your product is not covered by your insurance, either partially or in full, Obility can offer payment options to ensure you have the product you need.

Once your order is complete, a member of our service team can deliver your product directly to your door and help you learn how and when to use it.

Upon receiving documentation of delivery, claim is sent to our billing department for processing with insurance and the patient.
